Jenga version of the Empire State Building.

The other day my little brother came in the room and said to me "Hey Stef! I made something just like what you are doing for school" I replied "Oh really! lets see it" ... in my mind am thinking he drew something abstract or something way simpler than this. But no, he had made what I like to consider the JENGA VERSION OF THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING.

I think is very interesting, and now am curious to know, how much more can jenga's do?

Logos for College group.

So, here is my first design group assignment. We have to make a "sculpture" or domus, apart from that we need to name our group (make it a "company"). Am pumped with this whole project, the more I do the better. am just nervous because I do horribly in group projects!
Continuing.. here are some proposals for the "companie's" name:

1. Ingenius & co.

going with the idea of... inventing = creating.

2. Synthesis

def.The combining of separate elements or substances to form a coherent whole. Each member of my group is studying a diferent creative career, and we will be creativing a "coherent whole."

Fashion Update: Bows&Suits

So this month of March.. I've been changing my style bit, i have found myself going more towards this basic elegance, you know.. suits, vests, bows, selective jewelry. I love this style. I have also realized that i might be switching Balmain for Jason Wu :) they are both amazing designers but Jason Wu seems to understand me better lol.

Este de mes de Marzo.. He estado cambiando my estilo un poco, he notado que me estoy inclinando un poco a lo elegante basico, ya saben.. chaquetas de vestir, chalecos, lazos, joyeria selectiva. Me encanta este estilo. Tambien estoy notando que es possible que cambie a Balmain por Jason Wu :) los dos son diseñadores increibles pero Jason Wu parece entenderme mejor lol.

So, i spent an amazing afternoon with my dad... looking at the sky, feeling the breeze, and simpy wanting to fly.

I thought to myself.. "Take me to the Moon"

So here's the process:

3. Add some birds (to represent freedom and hope) taken from Google Images.

Recap FID (Festival International de Diseño)

This past weekend I had the privilege of attending FID it was amazing! Everyday I felt like a child, after the movies! Wanting to just DESIGN :)! here are some photos and well, people I met or simply just took pictures with them cause they are AWESOME!

Este fin de semana pasado tuve el privilego de ir a al FID fue de lo mejor! Todos los dias me sentia como un niño despues del cine! Queriendo DISENAR :)! estas son algunas fotos y personas que conoci o simplemente solo me tome fotos con ellos porque son INCREIBLES!
